Delete your account

KEYS.COM.PK — website and KEYS mobile app

In the KEYS app

  1. Open the app and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile → Delete my account.
  3. Enter your password and confirm.

On the website

  1. Sign in at keys.com.pk.
  2. Open Dashboard → Account (/dashboard/account).
  3. Under Delete my account, enter your password and confirm.

What is deleted

  • Your account: name, email address, phone number and password.
  • Every listing you posted, including its photos and video. They disappear from the website and the app immediately.
  • Any pending password-reset codes for your email address.

Deletion is immediate and permanent: it cannot be undone. Nothing is kept after the deletion, apart from routine server and backup logs that are overwritten in the normal course of operation.

Can't sign in?

Email keyskarachi@gmail.com from the address registered to your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm by email once it is done. See also our Privacy Policy.
